I specialize in anxiety, stress management, depression, anger management, mood disorders, relationship and communication skills, self-exploration, personal growth, grief, life transitions and substance use addiction.
Approach
I have a person centered, strength based, eclectic approach and use evidence-based techniques. These techniques include; person centered therapy (PCT), trauma-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems informed (IFS), mindfulness, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI) and attachment-based methods.
